The Robert Wells Dance Fund celebrates and offers financial support to young artists who are making a difference in the world by sharing their passion and talents. The Fund honors the life and legacy of Robert Wells, an extraordinary, talented dancer whose passion for dance and performing allowed him to grace many stages, starting as a young child through adulthood. Dancing privately, on stages professionally, he performed throughout his youth into adulthood.

Robert passed away in a tragic accident on February 9, 2024, at the age of 29, devastating family and friends alike. The money from the Dance Fund is given as scholarships to dancers and artists just like Robert, passionate about the performing arts, to help them continue their dreams. And as Robert would always say why he danced, “Because it makes me happy.”
