Photo/Video Release As a participant in DRC programming and services, you consent to photography and video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on our website, or any other purpose by the Dance Resource Center of Greater Los Angeles (DRC) and its representatives. You release DRC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, or publication of photographs, computer images video, and sound recordings. You waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by DRC or the person or entity designated to do so by DRC. If DRC charges for access to the images/recordings, the charges will only be for the purpose of recovering the cost of making and distributing the materials. You give DRC permission to use your image for communications and waive any rights for compensation. This authorization is continuous. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver or liability, and release when participating in DRC programming and services.
