Access, Correction & Deletion

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer wish us to possess your information, you may, subject to applicable laws, request correction, updating, or deletion of your information by emailing us at info@danceresourcecenter.org. We may need to retain your information for legally permitted purposes and this will be explained to you if necessary. You may also complete any corrections, updates or deletion requests by emailing us at info@danceresourcecenter.org; you also may make your request by phone or postal mail at the address/phone number indicated at the end of this privacy policy.

Retention of Personal Information

Personal information that we collect, access or process will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise provided in agreements between you and us or as required or authorized by law.

If you leave a comment on the Site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Children

The Site is not directed to children, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen without verifiable parental consent. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us promptly as described below, and we will endeavor to investigate and delete such information from our systems.

We maintain a social media presence, such as a Facebook page, an Instagram page and a Twitter feed. When you interact with us using social media, we may receive information such as your user ID, your profile picture, photos you post, and similar information, which is often determined by your privacy settings at social media sites.
