• Start your day with the Hall Method’s ball, foam roller and signature Therabarre classes. Get the benefit of Pilates cross training without leaving the dance studio. Enhance your performance, achieve new levels of core stability, strength, and flexibility. The Hall Method supports aspiring and professional dancers so they stay strong, injury free, and are ready for the demands of any style of dance.
• Spend the afternoon creating with Kai Hazelwood and live music. Expect a physical, highly collaborative process where you will be challenged to bring your own artistic voice, and dive deep into playful improvisational structures. The workshop will also serve as an audition for future paid projects in LA and abroad. You will perform what's created in the afternoon workshop along side pieces from choreographers from across LA at the end of the second day as part of Dance in Progress, a new choreographers’ showcase.
